The Kansas Jayhawks have split their first four Big 12 Conference games and are playing in their newly renovated David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium. The Jayhawks (4-3) rank in the middle of the conference in total offense and are averaging 32.4 points per contest. In their last outing, Kansas tailed by 18 points after one quarter during a 42-17 road loss against ninth-ranked Texas Tech.

Kansas fought back in the second quarter on a pair of Jalon Daniels touchdown strikes to Leshon Williams and Boden Groen. Cam Pickett added a game-high 82 receiving yards for the Jayhawks, who were outgained by a 505-319 margin.
