Texas A&M remains perfect through eight games, and the Aggies will try to keep that streak alive when they visit No. 19 Missouri at Memorial Stadium in Columbia. Kickoff is at 3:30 PM ET on ABC. The Aggies come in off a 49-25 road rout of LSU, while Missouri looks to regroup after a 17-10 loss to Vanderbilt. With Texas A&M favored slightly by analytics and Missouri dealing with quarterback injuries, this SEC clash carries major implications in the conference standings. Every matchup matters—see who’s favored in our expert college football picks.

Texas A&M Preview

Marcel Reed has been the centerpiece of the Aggies’ offense, throwing for 1,972 yards with 17 touchdowns and just six interceptions. He’s developed a strong connection with Mario Craver, who’s totaled 716 receiving yards and four scores. Rueben Owens II has contributed 440 rushing yards on 78 carries with three touchdowns, and his probable return from injury boosts the ground game. Texas A&M has averaged over 35 points in each of its last three outings, highlighted by Reed’s poise and balance in the passing attack. The front seven has also done its part, led by Cashius Howell’s 9.5 sacks and Taurean York’s 45 tackles, helping the Aggies limit opponents’ scoring opportunities in key stretches.

Missouri Preview

Missouri enters this matchup at 6-2, but the Tigers’ offense has taken a hit with quarterback Beau Pribula out due to an ankle injury. Without their starter, the Tigers will rely heavily on running back Ahmad Hardy, who has been a workhorse with 937 yards and 11 touchdowns on 159 carries. Missouri’s physical rushing style has been its offensive identity all season, particularly in tight games like the double-overtime win at Auburn earlier in October. Wide receiver Kevin Coleman Jr. has added reliability in the short passing game with 51 receptions, though Missouri’s aerial production could dip with Pribula sidelined. Linebacker Josiah Trotter leads the defense with 53 tackles, while Damon Wilson II provides a strong edge rush with 6.5 sacks to pressure opposing quarterbacks.

Texas A&M vs Missouri Preview

Texas A&M’s overall balance on both sides of the ball, together with Missouri’s uncertainty under center, tilts the advantage toward the Aggies. Expect Reed to continue spreading the ball effectively, while Owens’ return gives A&M flexibility against a Missouri unit that’s allowed over 20 points per game in SEC play. The Tigers will fight to control tempo with Hardy’s power running, but sustaining drives without a proven passer could be difficult against the Aggies defense.
