Baltimore Ravens vs Buffalo Bills Picks, Prediction and Best Bets for Sunday, November 1, 2026
Sunday's meeting between the Baltimore Ravens and Buffalo Bills kicks off at 1:00 PM ET from Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, with CBS carrying the game. The Ravens enter at 4-3, sitting fourth in the AFC North after back-to-back losses to Cleveland and Cincinnati. Buffalo holds first place in the AFC East at 5-1 and had last weekend off following a 33-30 win over Las Vegas. Both teams have plenty of offensive talent, but Baltimore's recent scoring struggles make this an interesting matchup. Cash in a winner with our free NFL picks.
Baltimore Ravens
Getting the offense going again is Baltimore's biggest concern after scoring 10 points against Cleveland and 13 against Cincinnati. Derrick Henry has rushed for 579 yards and seven touchdowns, although he's averaging only 3.9 yards per carry. Lamar Jackson has 967 passing yards with six touchdowns and one interception in four games, while Tyler Huntley has thrown for 727 yards. Zay Flowers remains the leading target with 608 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
Baltimore's defense has been more productive rushing the passer than keeping opponents off the scoreboard. The Ravens have 16 sacks, including 3.5 from Tavius Robinson and three from Mike Green, but they're still giving up 23.9 points per game. Roquan Smith has recorded 55 tackles, Kyle Hamilton has 50, and Trenton Simpson has 47. After allowing 35 points to Cincinnati, Baltimore faces another demanding matchup against Buffalo's offense.
Injuries: Lamar Jackson, Roquan Smith, Kyle Hamilton and Olaivavega Ioane are questionable. T.J. Tampa is on injured reserve with a possible return.

Buffalo Bills
Buffalo has been putting up points even when games get uncomfortable. The Bills scored 37 against the Rams and 33 against the Raiders, winning both by three points. Josh Allen has thrown for 1,504 yards and nine touchdowns, but his work on the ground has been just as important. Allen already has eight rushing touchdowns. James Cook III gives Buffalo another reliable option, rushing for 627 yards and six scores at 5.4 yards per carry. Dalton Kincaid leads the receiving group with 315 yards, followed by Khalil Shakir with 290.
The concern for Buffalo is a defense that has allowed 30 or more points in three of its last four games. The Bills are surrendering 28.5 points per contest, despite Greg Rousseau's six sacks and three fumble recoveries. Dorian Williams leads the team with 46 tackles, just ahead of Terrel Bernard's 45. Buffalo has recorded only 11 sacks overall, and Baltimore's running game could make this another close contest.
Injuries: Dalton Kincaid, DJ Moore, Joe Andreessen and Ray Davis are questionable. C.J. Gardner-Johnson is suspended.
Baltimore Ravens vs Buffalo Bills Prediction
Baltimore has enough talent to keep this competitive, especially if Jackson is available and Henry finds room to run. Still, scoring 23 points across two games isn't encouraging before facing a Buffalo offense averaging nearly 33 per contest. The Bills haven't been convincing defensively, either, which gives Baltimore opportunities to score. Allen's ability to extend drives with his legs, combined with Cook's strong start, gives Buffalo the advantage in what looks like another close game. Final Score Prediction: Buffalo Bills win, 31-24.
