Cleveland Browns vs Tennessee Titans Picks and Predictions for Sunday October 25 2026

By: Kim Smith Published 10/21/2026, 09:34 PM ET

Cleveland beat Baltimore 13-10 last Sunday. Tennessee finally won a game, knocking off Indianapolis 26-20. So naturally, we’re getting these two teams together with a total of 38.5. That tells you just about everything you need to know about what the oddsmakers expect. There probably won’t be much pretty football in Nashville.

The Browns visit Nissan Stadium on Sunday, October 25, 2026. Kickoff is at 1:00 PM ET on CBS. Cleveland is favored by 1.5 points. The total is 38.5. If you like games where every first down feels like a small victory, this might be your afternoon. We’ve got more matchups on our free NFL picks page.

Cleveland Browns Have Been Getting By

The Browns are 4-2 after beating Baltimore 13-10. They didn’t score a touchdown every time they touched the ball. Didn’t need to. Cleveland kept the Ravens from doing much of anything and kicked the winner late. That’s been the Browns’ season. They hang around, play defense, and hope the offense doesn’t make a mess of things. It isn’t exciting, but four wins in six games isn’t bad.

Cleveland scores 17.7 points a game and gives up 20.3. The defense is doing most of the work. The Browns can pressure quarterbacks, and that’s going to matter against Tennessee. Cam Ward has been struggling to get the ball downfield, and the Titans haven’t protected him particularly well. Cleveland doesn’t need to blitz everybody to make him uncomfortable. If the Browns can get pressure with four, Ward could spend a lot of Sunday throwing short passes and hoping somebody breaks a tackle.

Deshaun Watson has thrown for 1,174 yards with seven touchdowns and two interceptions. Those aren’t spectacular numbers, but he’s been taking care of the football. Quinshon Judkins has 221 rushing yards, although an ankle problem has slowed him down. Denzel Boston leads the receivers with 345 yards and three touchdowns. The Browns have some injuries on defense, including concerns involving Carson Schwesinger and Mason Graham. They need those guys because Cleveland isn’t built to win games where the other team scores 30.

Tennessee Titans Finally Got One

The Titans are 1-5 after beating Indianapolis 26-20. Took them long enough. Tennessee had lost five straight, and it wasn’t like the offense suddenly turned into a machine Sunday. Ward threw for 102 yards. One hundred and two. Somehow, the Titans still won. That’s football for you. They made enough plays, got some help along the way, and finally had something worth celebrating in the locker room.

Tennessee averages 14 points a game and allows 21.5. That’s not going to win you many games. The Titans have had trouble moving the ball, especially through the air. Ward has been under pressure, and the running game hasn’t been consistent enough to bail him out. Cleveland’s defense is going to make that worse if Tennessee can’t run the ball. The Titans need to get a few first downs early and keep Ward out of third-and-long. Otherwise, it’s going to be another afternoon of punts.

Ward has thrown for 998 yards with four touchdowns and four interceptions. Tony Pollard has 349 rushing yards, and Carnell Tate leads the receivers with 344. Those are the guys Tennessee needs to get going. Tyjae Spears has been dealing with a knee injury, and the Titans have some problems along the defensive line and in the secondary. They can’t afford to give Cleveland short fields. Not with an offense that’s averaging two touchdowns a game.

Cleveland Browns vs Tennessee Titans Picks and Predictions

Cleveland Browns -1.5 (-110)

I’ll lay the 1.5 with Cleveland. I know, trusting the Browns to score enough points on the road isn’t exactly a relaxing way to spend Sunday. But Tennessee has been worse. Ward threw for 102 yards last week, and now he’s facing a defense that just held Baltimore to ten points. That’s a rough matchup for a young quarterback. Cleveland doesn’t need Watson to throw for 300 yards. A couple of decent drives, no stupid turnovers, and let the defense handle the rest. I think the Browns win this by a field goal.

Under 38.5 Points (-110)

Give me under 38.5. These teams are averaging 31.7 points combined, and neither passing game has given us much reason to expect a shootout. Cleveland just played a 13-10 game. Tennessee managed 26 against Indianapolis, but Ward barely threw for 100 yards. I’m not expecting that offense to suddenly start moving the ball up and down the field against Cleveland. The one thing that worries me is a defensive touchdown or a turnover that gives somebody the ball at the 20. That can wreck a low total. But if both teams have to drive the length of the field to score, I like the under. Cleveland 20, Tennessee 16.

Final Picks: Cleveland Browns -1.5 (-110) and Under 38.5 Points (-110)
