Herbert's 10 interceptions are a serious concern against Houston's pass rush. Anderson already has 7.5 sacks, and the Chargers have struggled to protect their quarterback. Stroud, meanwhile, has thrown just one pick. But Houston hasn't exactly been running away with games either. The Texans are 2-5, and their rushing attack has struggled. Still, Los Angeles scored only 15 points across its last two outings. That's hard to overlook. Houston should get the win and cover the spread.
