Los Angeles Rams vs Las Vegas Raiders Picks and Predictions for Sunday October 25 2026
The Rams managed to lose to Arizona on Sunday even though the Cardinals never scored a touchdown. Think about that for a minute. Arizona kicked six field goals, and Los Angeles still found a way to lose 18-16. Matthew Stafford finally put the Rams ahead with 47 seconds left, but the defense couldn’t hold it. The Cardinals drove down the field and kicked the winner as time expired. That’s the sort of loss that makes a coach stare at the ceiling all night.
Now the Rams head to Las Vegas, where the Raiders have lost three straight. The game is Sunday, October 25, 2026, at Allegiant Stadium. Kickoff is 4:25 PM ET on FOX. Los Angeles is favored by 4.5 points, with the total at 47.5. Allegiant is an indoor stadium, so nobody needs to worry about the desert wind. For more matchups, visit our free NFL picks page.
Los Angeles Rams Are Finding New Ways To Lose
The Rams are 2-4 after Sunday’s 18-16 loss to Arizona. They had a chance to win that game and couldn’t finish it. Stafford threw a touchdown to Colby Parkinson with 47 seconds left, putting Los Angeles ahead 16-15. Then the Cardinals drove 40 yards and kicked the winning field goal. The Rams have been having trouble putting complete games together, and the special teams haven’t helped. Their kicker got hurt early Sunday, which left the punter handling extra points. You can’t make this stuff up.
Los Angeles gained only 286 yards against Arizona. Stafford completed a lot of passes, but most of them were short. The Cardinals kept bringing pressure, and the Rams never really got comfortable. Las Vegas has Maxx Crosby, so Stafford isn’t getting a break this week. The Raiders have been giving up plenty of points, though, and that’s the opportunity for Los Angeles. If the Rams can protect Stafford, they should be able to move the ball. That’s a pretty big if right now.

Stafford completed 25 of 33 passes for 222 yards and two touchdowns against Arizona. Puka Nacua caught passes for 80 yards, while Parkinson had the late touchdown. Kyren Williams remains an important part of the offense, and the Rams need to get him involved early instead of asking Stafford to throw on every meaningful down. There are some injury concerns on both sides of the ball, including linebacker Nate Landman and tight end Parkinson. The Rams have enough talent to be better than 2-4, but talent doesn’t do much good when you’re losing games in the final minute.
Las Vegas Raiders Are Getting Tired Of Close Losses
Las Vegas is 3-3 after losing 33-30 to Buffalo. The Raiders were tied at halftime and still couldn’t finish the job. That’s three straight losses after opening the season 3-0. They lost to Kansas City 30-27, got blown out by New England 45-17, and then came within a field goal of Buffalo. The Raiders can score. They can also give up points in bunches. That’s not a great combination if you’re trying to win close games.
Las Vegas gained 378 yards against Buffalo and still lost. The Raiders have allowed 135 points over their last four games. That’s nearly 34 a Sunday. They’re getting pressure with Crosby, but the rest of the defense hasn’t been doing enough. The secondary has been giving up big plays, and the offense has had trouble finishing drives. Against Buffalo, Las Vegas scored touchdowns on only two of five red-zone trips. Those missed chances add up quickly when you’re playing good teams.
Kirk Cousins has been running the offense, and he has some receivers who can make plays. Tre Tucker caught passes for 97 yards and two touchdowns against Buffalo. Michael Mayer had 95 receiving yards, and Mike Washington Jr. ran for 43 yards on nine carries. Ashton Jeanty is another player the Rams have to account for. The Raiders need to get more out of their running game, because asking Cousins to throw 40 times with Crosby and the defense trying to hold things together isn’t a great plan.
Los Angeles Rams vs Las Vegas Raiders Picks and Predictions
Las Vegas Raiders +4.5 (-115)
I’ll take the Raiders and 4.5 points. Los Angeles has more talent on paper, and Stafford can still throw the ball. But the Rams are 2-4, just lost to a team that kicked six field goals, and now they’re laying more than a field goal on the road. Las Vegas has been competitive against Kansas City and Buffalo, losing those games by three points apiece. The Raiders have enough offense to stay in this one, especially against a Rams defense that couldn’t stop Arizona when it mattered. I don’t know if Las Vegas wins outright, but I like getting the points at home.
Over 47.5 Points (-110)
I’m going over 47.5. The Raiders have allowed nearly 34 points a game over their last four, and Stafford should have chances to throw against that secondary. Las Vegas can move the ball too. The Raiders put up 30 against Buffalo, and Tucker and Mayer were both making plays. The Rams haven’t been great offensively, but this is a much friendlier matchup than Arizona’s blitz-heavy defense gave them Sunday. I expect both quarterbacks to find some room to work. Rams 27, Raiders 24.
Final Picks: Las Vegas Raiders +4.5 (-115) and Over 47.5 Points (-110)
