Washington had a solid season a year ago, finishing the regular campaign with 12 wins and five losses overall, as they concluded the season on a five-game winning streak. The Commanders saw their season end in the conference final with a 32-point loss to the Philadelphia Eagles after they defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Detroit Lions in the playoffs.
