The Tennessee Titans and Las Vegas Raiders meet Sunday afternoon at Allegiant Stadium, with both clubs desperate to shake off 1-4 starts. Kickoff is set for 4:05 PM ET on FOX. Tennessee snapped a four-game skid last week by edging Arizona 22-21, while Las Vegas returns home after a humbling 40-6 defeat at Indianapolis. Both sides have dealt with inconsistency on offense and significant early-season injuries. From underdogs to point spreads, we’ve got the sharpest NFL picks.
Titans Preview
Tennessee’s offensive attack has struggled to find its way behind quarterback Cam Ward, who has thrown for 879 yards with two touchdowns and three interceptions through five games. The Titans have used Tony Pollard to balance the offense, as he’s recorded 328 rushing yards and two scores on 82 carries. Wideout Calvin Ridley leads the team with 272 receiving yards on 15 catches, but overall production through the air has been inconsistent.
The Titans’ pass protection remains a concern, and if Ward can’t stay upright against a solid Las Vegas front seven, Tennessee’s offense may stall again. On defense, Jeffery Simmons has been one of the few bright spots with 3.5 sacks, while linebacker Cedric Gray leads the team with 48 tackles. The Titans will need the front seven to control the line of scrimmage to keep the game close.
Raiders Preview
Las Vegas has faced its own share of struggles, losing four straight after a season-opening win at New England. Geno Smith has thrown for 1,176 yards with six touchdowns and nine interceptions, and turnovers have been a major problem for this offense. Running back Ashton Jeanty has provided a spark with 349 yards and two touchdowns on the ground, while Jakobi Meyers leads all receivers with 290 yards on 25 receptions.

The Raiders’ offense has displayed strong play at times, but often sputters in the red zone, and turnovers must be eliminated if they want to capitalize on Tennessee’s shaky secondary. On defense, Jonah Laulu has registered three sacks, and Devin White has been active with 39 tackles, but this group has been on the field far too long due to offensive problems.
Raiders vs Titans Prediction
The Raiders enter as 5.5-point home favorites, with the total sitting at 41.5. Both teams are 1-4 against the spread this season, and the total has gone under in three of the Titans’ last four games. With each side struggling to sustain drives and limit mistakes, this matchup looks to be a low-scoring battle. Las Vegas’ offense has a slight advantage at home, but Tennessee’s defensive front will keep the game close.
Prediction: Raiders 20, Titans 17
