Alabama 53% to Beat Georgia
The biggest game on the Saturday night board is also the closest.
Kalshi currently prices Alabama at approximately 53% to defeat Georgia, with the Bulldogs around 47%.
Both teams enter 5-0 overall and 3-0 in SEC play.
Alabama has produced one of the nation's most explosive offenses behind quarterback Keelon Russell.
Russell has thrown 11 touchdown passes against two interceptions while averaging more than 10 yards per attempt, and he has added four rushing touchdowns.
Georgia counters with Gunner Stockton and an offense that has been nearly as productive.
Stockton completed 25 of 32 passes for 295 yards and three touchdowns in Georgia's 38-14 win over Vanderbilt last week.
Georgia-Alabama Could Shape the CFP Race
The implications extend well beyond one SEC game.
Georgia and Alabama are both positioned as serious College Football Playoff contenders.
Kalshi currently gives Georgia approximately a 16% chance to win the national championship and Alabama around 12%.
Georgia also sits around 37% to win the SEC, with Alabama around 23%.
A victory Saturday would strengthen either team's conference position and add one of the best wins available anywhere in college football.
The teams met in last season's SEC Championship Game, with Georgia winning 28-7.
Saturday gives Alabama an opportunity to answer at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
Weather Adds Another Variable in Tuscaloosa
The buildup to Georgia-Alabama has included uncertainty surrounding Tropical Storm Isaias.
The game remains scheduled as planned.
Conditions in Tuscaloosa are expected to improve around kickoff, although weather has affected preparations and events around the game.
Alabama also received positive personnel news with tight end Josh Ford expected to play despite recently undergoing surgery on a broken arm.
Georgia enters with some offensive absences of its own.
That makes the matchup even harder to price than the records suggest.
Kalshi's 53-47 split reflects that uncertainty.
USC vs Penn State Is Nearly a Coin Flip
The other 7:30 PM ET market is even tighter.
Kalshi currently gives Penn State a 51% chance to beat USC, with the Trojans around 49%.
That pricing is notable because the teams enter Saturday moving in opposite directions.
No. 19 USC is 5-1 and 2-1 in Big Ten play.
Penn State is 3-2 overall and still searching for its first conference victory at 0-2.
The Nittany Lions have lost consecutive games, including a 34-13 defeat at Northwestern.
USC rallied from an 11-point deficit last week to defeat Washington 25-21.
White Out Keeps Penn State Favored
Despite those results, the market still gives Penn State a narrow edge.
Saturday is the Nittany Lions' annual White Out game at Beaver Stadium.
More than 100,000 fans are expected, creating one of the most difficult road environments in college football.
Penn State has also dominated recent White Out games.
USC, however, enters with the better record and more momentum.
That leaves traders almost perfectly divided.
At 51-49, it is one of the closest major college football markets of the weekend.
Utah 85% to Beat Kansas
The board changes considerably once the late games begin.
No. 12 Utah is currently priced at approximately a 85% chance to beat Kansas, compared with 15% for the Jayhawks.
Utah enters 4-0 and 1-0 in Big 12 play.
Kansas is 2-2 and looking for its first conference victory.
The Utes have been especially difficult to score against.
Utah is allowing just 10.3 points per game and only 84 rushing yards per contest.
Quarterback Devon Dampier has also given the offense consistent production while completing more than 70% of his passes.
Kansas Comes Off a 55-0 Win
Kansas does enter Saturday with some momentum.
The Jayhawks overwhelmed Middle Tennessee 55-0 last week and produced more than 700 yards of offense.
Kansas rushed for nearly 500 yards and did not turn the ball over.
That performance showed what the offense can do when quarterback Isaiah Marshall and the running game stay ahead of the chains.
Utah represents a much different test.
The Utes are undefeated, rested after a bye and back at Rice-Eccles Stadium for a night game.
That combination has pushed the market heavily toward Utah.
Utah Spread Market Is Less Certain
The outright market strongly favors the Utes.
The margin market is less decisive.
Kalshi's spread pricing around Utah winning by more than 16.5 points is much closer to even.
That creates a familiar distinction between winning and covering a large number.
Traders are highly confident Utah wins.
They are considerably less certain the Utes turn the game into a blowout.
The total is also sitting close to a coin flip around 49.5 points.
Boise State 74% to Beat Fresno State
The final major ranked game of the night comes from California.
No. 23 Boise State visits Fresno State at 10:30 PM ET.
Kalshi currently gives Boise State approximately a 74% chance to win, compared with 26% for Fresno State.
Both teams enter 4-1.
The game also carries major significance near the top of the Pac-12 race.
Boise State has built its offense around an effective rushing attack and quarterback Maddux Madsen.
Fresno State has answered with one of the conference's stronger defenses.
Fresno State Has Been a Problem for Boise
The 74% Boise State probability does not tell the entire rivalry story.
Fresno State has won the last three meetings between the programs.
That includes a convincing victory last season when Boise State entered as a substantial favorite.
The matchup is traditionally played for the Milk Can trophy and has frequently produced results that do not follow the pregame market.
Boise State is again favored.
This time the Broncos are trying to prove the recent rivalry history is no longer predictive.
Boise State Spread Market Shows More Resistance
The outright market gives Boise State a clear advantage.
The spread market again shows more caution.
The probability of Boise State winning by more than 9.5 points is sitting below 50%.
The probability of Boise winning by more than 7.5 is only slightly above 50%.
That suggests the market expects Boise State to win more often than not while still respecting Fresno State's ability to keep the rivalry competitive.
The game total is close to balanced around 48.5 points.
Saturday Night College Football Odds
The full late board offers several very different market profiles.
- Alabama 53%, Georgia 47% creates the marquee toss-up between undefeated SEC contenders.
- Penn State 51%, USC 49% is essentially a coin flip in the White Out.
- Utah 85%, Kansas 15% gives the night slate its strongest major-conference favorite.
- Boise State 74%, Fresno State 26% closes the ranked schedule with a rivalry game carrying conference implications.
The two biggest favorites still face meaningful questions.
Utah must deal with a Kansas offense coming off its best performance of the season.
Boise State has to end a three-game losing streak against Fresno State.
The two early prime-time games offer almost no separation at all.
