15 states currently allow bet365 to operate, which means 35 do not. Here are important examples:
California does not have legal online sports betting. After a failed 2022 referendum, it may be years before online sportsbooks launch. If California ever legalizes online betting, bet365 would almost certainly pursue a license.
Texas has debated sports betting bills but nothing has passed. The earliest possible legalization would be 2027. Texas is not among the FanDuel states, DraftKings states, or any major operator’s list.
