You can. I noted a page offering details of all their apps, but strangely the links to the DFS app on the App Store and at Google Play didn't work and redirected me back to the homepage. It was easy enough for me to search for the links online though, with a search for the DraftKings DFS app bringing me links to both stores.

Having logged into my account on my computer and then switched to the downloaded iOS app for my iPhone, I found both methods of access fine to use.
