Given that DraftKings is split up into three different sections, I found it surprisingly easy to navigate. You can easily click between the three sections: daily fantasy sports, the sportsbooks and the casino. For the purposes of this DraftKings review, I'll be focusing on the first two sections and you can check out my other reviews for a detailed breakdown of the casino offerings.
Each section of the site has its own logo which makes them easy to distinguish. If you're looking for the DFS section you'll want the original logo (a green 'D' wearing an orange crown) and for the sportsbook, you'll want the white 'D' with a green background. Usually, I find that this is the more traditional method, but it's always worth checking.

The minimum withdrawal at DraftKings is $20, which again, is very reasonable and in line with similar sized online sportsbooks. I also discovered something important about preferred withdrawal methods. DraftKings prefers you to use the same withdrawal and deposit method. This means that if you deposit funds using PayPal, then DraftKings will issue your withdrawal via PayPal. If you choose to deposit funds using your debit card, then DraftKings will process your withdrawal to the same debit card. Basically, the way that you deposit and wager your bets, is the same way that you'll collect your winnings.
You'll need to keep this in mind when choosing your deposit method, especially when it comes to maximum withdrawal amounts and so on. Also, it's important to consider withdrawal processing times as well. It can take up to three days for your withdrawal to be processed by DraftKings. Once you've got the seal of approval, it will then take a further 2-7 days to receive your winnings.
The good news though is that there are no transaction fees for any of the withdrawal fees. So, even though the number of payment methods is slightly lower than average, the variety available makes up for this.
If you do happen to run into a problem when wagering at DraftKings, then you can usually find a solution in the FAQ section. There are actually three separate FAQ sections at this site, one for each section. This makes it easier to find the solution to your specific problem, instead of scrolling through pages and pages of unrelated queries.
If you can't find a solution in the FAQ section, then you can get in touch with the customer support team very easily. For DFS, you can get in touch with customer support via email and using a query form, depending on your preference. The sportsbook customer service team can also be contacted using the same methods, but there's a key difference.
The DFS support team is available from 6am every day, whereas the sportsbook support is available 24/7. Sadly, I couldn't find any evidence of a live chat feature, which is a little disappointing. This can be very useful for getting queries answered quickly, and is generally considered to be the most favored way of getting help. There's also no phone support, although this isn't all that common anymore.
I found the response time to be very fast, so even though you may not get a response instantly, my query was answered within a few hours. Generally, DraftKings typically sends a response within 24-48 hours.
