Gemini Predictions Review 2026: Is Gemini Predictions Worth Downloading?
- Strong selection of different market categories
- Crypto price movement markets from 5 minutes to monthly
- Sports parlays available
Firmly established as a crypto exchange since 2014, Gemini took the plunge into the world of prediction markets in 2025. With competitive prices and good liquidity, the signs so far are promising, as you’ll read in this Gemini Predictions review.
Right off the bat, new users can get $20 worth of Bitcoin if they sign up and make $100 in trades, which is a great start and shows that there’s a strong connection with the crypto exchange. Users will also find that they’re able to make predictions on an excellent selection of markets, including sports, commodities and, of course, crypto.

You know what Gemini Predictions does absolutely great that other prediction sites don’t? Right next to the odds, they have a multiplier in green, which means that I don’t have to do any math – I can immediately see that predicting a Houston win gets me 2.4x my stake if successful, or if I oppose them with Dallas, it’s 1.6x.
This might seem basic, but when you’ve just spent hours reviewing the form, believe me, not having to do that extra math equation to determine whether a market is value is a real win. It’s a thumbs up from me.
Get $20 worth of bonus Bitcoin at Gemini Predictions
This bonus offer is a slightly unusual one for a prediction markets site in that you are getting bonus cryptocurrency rather than bonus trades, but that doesn’t make it any less generous. In fact, I think it’s a bit of a USP and quite a good overall offer. Handily, it also doesn’t require a Gemini Predictions bonus code.
You can get the $20 worth of Bitcoin by clicking one of the banners on this web page, opening a Gemini Predictions account, depositing and making a trade or trades worth $100. Once these are settled, you will be credited with your bonus, which you can keep or exchange for cash or a different cryptocurrency using the crypto exchange part of Gemini.
As with all cryptocurrencies, the value of Bitcoin can, of course, go up as well as down, so it’s only guaranteed to be worth $20 at the time it is credited to your account.
Other offers at Gemini Predictions
Unfortunately, there aren’t currently a huge number of other offers available at Gemini Predictions, with no VIP program or loyalty club to speak of.
However, it is worth keeping an eye on the website and your email inbox after joining, as this is still quite a new platform and so there’s every chance that new offers will appear for existing users in the future.
A professional website that doesn’t lack color
Gemini Predictions uses a black background and white menu text, which is favored by many financial and prediction sites and results in a professional look. However, if you think that professional equals boring, you would be mistaken in this case, as this brand utilizes color really effectively.
In addition to the market names and the odds, every single individual market has its own relevant icon. This could be anything from the Bitcoin logo to a pair of soccer boots or even a French flag, and the splash of color that it brings really lights up the screen without being a distraction. I think it’s an excellent addition which would be sorely missed if it wasn’t there.
My one slight complaint about the website is the layout. While the menus and filters are easy to use, with categories listed at the top of the page and subcategories just below these, when there are a lot of selections within a category, you are presented with what can feel like an endless scroll of markets. It’s also quite difficult to find the customer support options as a result of this, which I’ll discuss in more detail later in this article.
My Gemini Predictions app review
In addition to the desktop version of the website, there is also a dedicated mobile app, which is great news, although again, as with the main site, the predictions app is part of the main Gemini Markets app, so it is shared with the crypto exchange.
This shouldn’t pose too many problems, however, as the different parts of the app are clearly signposted and the app navigation is straightforward.
Overall, I think that the Gemini Predictions part of the app is just as usable as the desktop site, with no glitches experienced during my usage, and the information formatted appropriately for the smaller screen.
I’m also not alone in my positive assessment, as the app gets a sky-high rating of 4.7 out of 5 from over 50,000 App Store reviews, while the Android version also scores well, with an average rating of 4.1 out of 5.
A strong selection of markets at Gemini Predictions
As with many prediction market sites, Gemini covers a wide range of different categories, which include the following:
Sports
Individual markets include Moneyline, point totals, handicaps, awards and futures, with the following sports covered:
- Football (including college football)
- Baseball
- Basketball
- Hockey
- Soccer
- MMA
- Golf
- Motorsports
- Chess
Politics
At the time of writing, this category is largely focused on the US midterms, but there are also longer-term markets available, such as the Democratic nominee for president and international markets, such as the French presidential election winner.
Finance
These markets cover price movements over a selection of different time periods (from 5 minutes up to monthly) for certain cryptocurrencies and commodities. For example, “Will Bitcoin be up or down in five minutes?”
There are also some broader markets, like “Will there be a recession this year?”
Weather
There’s a surprisingly large number of weather markets available, so if you’re a budding meteorologist, Gemini Predictions might just be for you!
Options generally revolve around the highest temperature in a certain location on a given day.
Culture
This section is a little sparse compared to some other major prediction sites like Kalshi, but I did find a handful of markets, covering the likes of the Big Brother winner and Rotten Tomatoes ratings.
Deposits and withdrawals at Gemini Predictions
As you might expect given that it’s also a crypto exchange, Gemini Predictions has cryptocurrency payment methods available. However, they are far from the only option.
The table below covers the available deposit and withdrawal options, along with any associated fees:
| Payment Type | Fee | |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit methods | Bank transfer (ACH) | Free |
| Wire transfer | Free | |
| Debit cards | 3.49% of total purchase amount | |
| PayPal | 2.5% of total purchase amount | |
| Cryptocurrency | Free | |
| Withdrawal methods | Bank transfer (ACH) | Free |
| Wire transfer | $25 | |
| Crypto transfer | Varies (dynamic gas fees) |
The fact that debit card deposits have a fee attached is a definite negative, as they are generally fee-free at similar sites. However, if you’re happy to use ACH or cryptocurrencies, you should find that fees are free to minimal and transactions are processed very quickly.
Just make sure that you always get the sender and receiver addresses correct if using cryptocurrency as a payment method, as funds lost in transit to incorrect addresses usually cannot be recovered.
Difficult to find but effective customer support at Gemini Predictions
Because there’s so much available on the Gemini website (crypto, stocks, predictions, credit card and more), it’s quite difficult to find the customer support section and, within that, the specific Gemini Predictions support.
You can get to the ‘Support Center’ via a link at the foot of the website home page, but to be honest, it is a little confusing, with lots of information about different products jumbled together (for all there is plenty of information there).
Instead, I would recommend clicking the ‘Contact Us’ link (also at the bottom of the home page) and submitting an email ticket. I found that this was replied to with a comprehensive answer within a couple of hours.
They do also have a chatbot, but there are no human agents, and it just directs you to often irrelevant Support Center articles.

Gemini Predictions is regulated and available
Gemini Predictions is CFTC-licensed, which means that it is allowed in the US. Unlike some other prediction market sites, it’s also available in many US states.
The crypto exchange part of the platform is also highly legitimate, as it’s licensed under the NYDFS, which is one of the most stringent crypto licenses globally.
Bonus Bitcoin is a great start to your Gemini Predictions experience
As one of the newer prediction market sites, it’s not a surprise to see that Gemini Predictions doesn’t yet have the range of markets or level of liquidity as some of the more established players.
However, what it does have is a well-designed website, with easy-to-understand odds, a good selection of markets in the sports, crypto and politics sections, and a good welcome bonus available.
I think it’s well worth a look already and could become even better in the future. To check it out – and claim your sign-up bonus – just click any of the relevant banners or links in this article.
