Royals over Blue Jays- After the dramatics in Game 5 and over-coming a 0-2 deficit the Toronto Blue Jays are heavily favored over the Royals even in Kansas City. The defending AL Champs beat out the Jays for home field advantage by one game even though Toronto led the American League (and Majors) in runs scored while the Royals were 14th in home runs. Kansas City will do it with pitching particularity if they can keep it close and use their bullpen. The numbers for their starter Edison Volquez are not good as he is 0-3 with an 8.76 ERA in three post season starts and 0-4 with a 6.76 ERA in six career starts against Toronto. But, there is a reason that he's getting the starts tonight and I expect him to do well. Take KANSAS CITY!
