(NHL) Ottawa vs. Detroit, 11/24/2014 2:30 PM, Score: 3 - 4

Result: Win
The Ottawa Senators are coming to Michigan to open a five game road trip as they will take on the Detroit Red Wings tonight. The home team is just coming back from a road trip of their own which saw them win two out of three. They're even stronger at Joe Louis Arena, and I expect them to dismiss the Senators fairly comfortable.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. The Red Wings Special Teams - Detroit has the second best penalty kill in the NHL this season allowing their opponents to convert on less than 10% of their opportunities. They have killed off 14 consecutive penalties over their last four games, and have started producing on the power play as well going 7-for-22 in their last five home games.

2. Henrik Zetterberg - The veteran Swede leads the team with 17 points. He's looking to end a four game point drought, and the Senators might be the perfect opponent to accomplish that against as he has 15 points in 13 career meetings with Ottawa.

3. X-Factor - Chris Philips leads the Senators defenseman with a plus-four rating. He missed the game against the Blues Saturday and is likely to miss out on tonight's battle as well.

Selection: This is a play on the Detroit Red Wings (8*)
