Baltimore vs. NY Giants
(NFL) Baltimore vs. NY Giants, 10/16/2016 9:00 AM, Score: 23 - 27
Point Spread: 3.00 | 111.00 Baltimore (Away)
Result: Loss
The New York Giants are a team without an identity right now. They are in the middle of the pack in terms of offensive production and Pro-Bowl receiver Odell Beckham Jr. has been a shell of his past self. Eli Manning has just as many touchdown passes (5) as he does interceptions (4). Defensively, the Giants have given up over 20 point in their three losses, and going up against a Baltimore team that likes to take shots down the field could spell disaster. Baltimore raced out to a 3-0 record but has faltered in its last two games. That led them to fire their offensive coordinator Marc Trestman. Quarterbacks coach Marty Mornhingweg takes over the play-calling duties and we expect Joe Flacco to respond in a positive manner. The Ravens are 4-1 SU and ATS against the Giants in their last five games. They are also 5-1 ATS in their last six games on the road. Meanwhile, the Giants are 2-6 SU in their last eight games and 1-4 ATS in their last five home games. Some more food for thought – in three games versus John Harbaugh coached teams, Eli Manning has completed just 44 percent of his passes and three interceptions.
