Tulane is coming into this home game with an extra week of preparation while Memphis is coming off of a tough matchup against Temple just last week. The Green Wave put up a total of 72 points in back-to-back wins before having their game against UCF cancelled due to Hurricane Matthew. They will face their toughest test yet, but we think they will be up to the challenge of slowing down this high-powered Tigers' offense. Tulane gives up just over 300-yards per game which isn't a bad number considering the conference they play in. Offensively, the Green Wave have been moving the ball up and down the field effectively and the triple-option has taken off with sophomore Glen Cuiellette taking over the starting job. He has thrown for five touchdowns and only one interception over his last two games and running backs Dontrell Hilliard and Josh Rounds have combined for nine scores. They will be able to move the ball at will against a Tigers defense that gives up 403-yards per game. But we still expect this one to stay under the inflated total.
