(MLB) Washington vs. San Francisco, 07/28/2016 6:15 PM, Score: 4 - 2
Money Line: -135.00 San Francisco (Home)
Result: Loss
Play: San Francisco Giants
Rating: 10*

The San Francisco Giants have won just two games since the All Star break, but I like the price we get on the G-Men when they host the Washington Nationals for the opener of a four-game set Thursday night.

The Nats hand the ball to Tanner Roark (9-6, 3.05 ERA). He's been mixing terrific with subpar outings all season long and conceded five runs on four hits and two walks with a pair of homers in five innings of a 5-3 loss to the Padres his last time out. He's posted a 4.30 ERA in 14 1/3 innings in four career games (one start) against San Francisco.

The Giants turn to Johnny Cueto (13-2, 2.53) who is 7-3 with a 3.55 ERA in 11 turns and owns a 16-inning scoreless streak versus the Nationals. Cueto held the Yankees to one (unearned) run with nine strikeouts through six innings in the Bronx his last time out. He's been extremely successful under the lights this season and enters this game with a 10-0 record behind a 1.90 ERA through 12 night starts.

Nationals are 0-5 in the last five meetings in San Francisco and 2-9 in their last 11 vs. National League West. Giants are 14-2 in Cueto's last 16 starts.
