This is a 9* TOTAL CHAOS on the OVER Brewers/Cardinals.
Neither team has been playing to many high-scoring games of late, but we're expecting those trends to end this afternoon.
Milwaukee has either seen the total PUSH or go UNDER the number in five straight. That includes in the first two games of this series, including it's 3-2 victory here yesterday.
Previous to Milwaukee coming to town, the Brewers had seen the total go OVER the number in four straight.
Aaron Ashby gets the nod for the Brewers, and he's 2-10 with a 4.32 ERA. Miles Mikolas counters for the Cardinals and he's 8-9 with a 3.50 ERA.
Clearly, each has pitched much better than his respective win/loss record would indicate, but this is just a case of each of thse guys being in the wrong place at the wrong time this afternoon.
St. Louis has seen the total go OVER the number in seven of its last nine in trying to avenge a home loss against an opponent in which it was held to two or fewer runs in.
The situation finally points to this one flying OVER the number sooner, rather than later.
