The Tampa Bay Rays have won eight of their last 11 games and hold a 3.5 game lead over New York for the top spot in the AL East Division. During Monday’s home victory, leadoff hitter Yandy Diaz went 4-for-5 with four runs scored and four RBIs to spark the Tampa Bay offense. 3B Junior Caminero contributed a three-run blast for the Rays (31-15), who improved to 17-5 at home.
