In Tuesday night MLB interleague action, the Chicago Cubs will invade beautiful Camden Yards to take on the Baltimore Orioles. Be ready for the baseball season with all of our MLB predictions. The Cubs (50-40) have won seven of their last ten games and are six games behind Milwaukee for the top spot in the NL Central Division. On Sunday, leadoff hitter Pete Crow-Armstrong went 2-for-4 with a run scored to spark Chicago to a 6-4 home victory versus St. Louis.

Thirty-five year old southpaw Matthew Boyd (3-1 5.08 ERA) will make his eighth start of the year for the Cubs. Last time out, Boyd (5 IP) was tagged for eight hits and three runs during a 9-7 home victory versus San Diego.

Orioles Preview

The Baltimore Orioles are a game above .500 at home and are 11.5 games out of first place in the AL East Division standings. On Sunday, Baltimore batters went 2-for-6 with runners in scoring position and left nine men on base during a 3-2 road loss against Cincinnati. SP Kyle Bradish (5-9) gave up two runs in seven plus innings and was the hard-luck loser for the Orioles, who fell to 42-49 overall.

Baltimore manager Craig Albernaz will turn to twenty-seven year old righty Shane Baz (4-8 4.19 ERA) on Tuesday. The Orioles have lost Baz’s previous three starts and he has surrendered ten runs across his last 19 frames.
