Dodgers Preview

The Los Angeles Dodgers have not missed the postseason since 2016 and are looking to win their third World Series title in the last six years. The third-seeded Dodgers (93-69) closed the regular season on a five-game winning streak and finished 23 games above .500 at home. Shohei Ohtani, who is a lock to win his fourth MVP in the last five seasons, mashed a career-best 55 home runs and led the National League with a 1.014 OPS.

The Dodgers will counter with two-time Cy Young Award winner Blake Snell (5-4 2.35 ERA) on Tuesday. Los Angeles has won Snell’s previous three starts and he has allowed just one run while striking out 28 batters over his last 19 innings.
