In Sunday afternoon MLB interleague action, the Colorado Rockies will take on the Minnesota Twins from Target Field. Be ready for the baseball season with all of our MLB predictions. On Saturday, DH Hunter Goodman clubbed three long balls and drove in five runs to power Colorado to an 8-5 road victory against Minnesota.

Twenty-nine year old righty Ryan Feltner (2-2 4.79 ERA) will take the mound for the Rockies in this matchup. In his last start, Feltner worked around four walks and allowed a pair of runs during a 3-2 home victory versus Boston.

Twins Preview

The Minnesota Twins are two games below .500 at home and are 5.5 games off the pace in the AL Central Division race. During yesterday’s home loss, Minnesota leadoff hitter Trevor Larnach went 3-for-5 with three RBIs and a run scored. SP Mike Paredes (0-1) gave up three runs in five plus innings and took the loss for the Twins, who fell to 39-45 overall.

The Twins will counter with twenty-five year old southpaw Connor Prielipp (2-5 5.17 ERA) in the series finale. Minnesota has lost Prielipp’s previous three starts and he has surrendered 12 runs (9 ER) over his last 16 plus frames.
