Twenty-six year old southpaw Noah Cameron (2-2 5.55 ERA) will head to the hill for the Royals in this contest. Last time out, Cameron (4 IP) issued three walks and gave up three runs during a 6-3 home loss versus Detroit.

Cardinals Preview

The St. Louis Cardinals are a game above .500 at home and trail NL Central Division leading Chicago by 2.5 games. On Friday, St. Louis walked it off in the 11th inning on a Yohel Pozo pinch-hit single that scored Nathan Church with the winning run. OF Jordan Walker went 3-for-5 with a two-run blast and C Pedro Pages added a solo shot for the Cardinals (26-18).

The Cardinals will counter with twenty-eight year old righty Kyle Leahy (4-3 4.31 ERA) on Saturday. In his last start, Leahy fired five shutout frames and fanned five batters during a 3-2 road loss against San Diego in ten innings.
