Brewers Preview

The Milwaukee Brewers have won three of their first four home games this postseason and are hoping to advance to the World Series for just the second time in franchise history. During last night’s home loss, Milwaukee 2B Bryce Turang was retired by strikes with the bases loaded to end the game. Jake Bauers doubled in the ninth inning and Jackson Chourio drove in a run with a sacrifice fly for the Brewers.

Milwaukee manager Pat Murphy will give the nod to All-Star righty Freddy Peralta (17-6 2.70 ERA) on Tuesday. Through 176 plus innings, Peralta ranked ninth in the majors with 204 strikeouts and a sparkling 1.08 WHIP.

Dodgers vs Brewers Pick

Milwaukee SP Brandon Woodruff (lat) has not resumed playing catch and will not pitch in this series. Through 162 games, Los Angeles ranked 2nd in OPS and 2nd in runs scored. For the season, Milwaukee ranked 11th in OPS and 3rd in runs scored. Take the Brewers to win at home. Final Score Prediction, Milwaukee Brewers win 6-2.
