Twenty-five year old left-hander D.J. Herz (0-1 9.00 ERA) will make his second start of the season for the Nationals. In his season debut, Hertz (4 IP) gave up five hits and four runs during a 9-2 road loss against Detroit. For his career, Herz has struck out 110 batters across 92 plus frames. The Nationals rank near the bottom of the majors with a robust 5.15 ERA.
