Boston interim manager Chad Tracy will give the nod to twenty-three year old lefty Payton Tolle (3-3 2.70 ERA) in the series opener. Last time out, Tolle (6 IP) was tagged for nine hits and four runs during a 4-3 road loss against Tampa Bay.
