The Hawks (44-33) have won 17 of their last 19 games and have vaulted into fifth place in the Eastern Conference standings. On Wednesday, Atlanta outscored Orlando by 21 points in the second quarter and shot 51 percent from the field during a dominant 130-101 road victory.

Atlanta G Nickeil Alexander-Walker led all scorers with 32 points on 11-for-16 shooting and pulled down four boards. All-Star F Jalen Johnson contributed 18 points, 14 rebounds, and eight assists. Onyeka Okongwu added 16 points and seven rebounds for the Hawks, who outrebounded the Magic by a 51-37 margin.

Nets Preview

The Brooklyn Nets have dropped nine of their previous ten games and have a long rebuilding process ahead. The Nets (18-58) rank last in the league in offensive efficiency and are scoring a measly 106 points per contest. On Tuesday, Brooklyn fell behind by 17 points after one quarter and missed 28 of 35 three-point attempts during an ugly 117-86 home loss versus Charlotte.

Josh Minott led five Brooklyn players in double figures with 14 points (5-12 FG) in 23 minutes off the bench. Chaney Johnson added 11 points (4-6 FG) and four rebounds in a reserve role. Drake Powell, Ziaire Williams, and Nolan Traore scored ten points apiece in a losing effort for the Nets.
