76ers Preview

The Philadelphia 76ers failed to reach the playoffs last year and are in search of their first Eastern Conference Finals appearance since 2001. The seventh-seeded 76ers finished five games above .500 at home and averaged a shade below 116 points per contest. During Tuesday’s road victory, Philadelphia connected on 19-of-39 from long distance and committed just nine turnovers.

Rookie G V.J. Edgecombe led five Philadelphia players in double figures with 30 points (12-20 FG) and ten rebounds. All-Star G Tyrese Maxey contributed 29 points (5-12 3 PT), nine assists, and two steals. Paul George added 19 points and four boards for the 76ers, who evened the series at one game each.
