On Friday, Boston raced out to a 22-point lead after one quarter and cruised to a 126-105 home victory versus Los Angeles.

All five Boston starters scored in double figures and were led by All-Star G Jaylen Brown with 30 points. Derrick White contributed 19 points, six assists, and five rebounds. Jordan Walsh added 17 points and four boards for the Celtics, who improved to 8-4 at home.

Raptors Preview

The Toronto Raptors have won eight of their first 12 home games and trail New York by one game for third place in the Eastern Conference standings. The Raptors (15-9) rank eighth in the league in defensive efficiency and are allowing 113.5 points per contest. On Friday, Toronto missed 20 of 29 three-point attempts and shot an ice cold 37 percent overall during a 111-86 home loss versus Charlotte.

Toronto G Immanuel Quickley led all scorers with 31 points on 11-for-22 shooting and dished out four assists. Scottie Barnes added 13 points (6-15 FG) and five assists for the Raptors, who committed 19 turnovers.
