All-Star G Jaylen Brown poured in a game-high 37 points on 14-for-23 shooting to go along with seven rebounds and four assists. Anfernee Simons and Hugo Gonzalez scored 13 points each. Derrick White added 12 points, five rebounds, and five assists for the Celtics.

The Utah Jazz are two games below .500 at home and are a half-game out of tenth place in the Western Conference standings. The Jazz (12-19) rank near the bottom of the league in defensive efficiency and are surrendering 127.1 points per contest. Lauri Markkanen led five Utah players in double figures with 29 points (11-16 FG) and five rebounds. Keyonte George contributed 28 points (11-13 FT), six assists, and five boards. Rookie G Walter Clayton Jr. added 17 points and five assists for the Jazz, who shot 54 percent from the field.
