Nets Preview

In Tuesday night NBA action, the Brooklyn Nets will visit the Kaseya Center to take on the Miami Heat. For other NBA action see our NBA Predictions. The Nets (15-45) are looking to snap an eight-game losing streak and own the second worst record in the Eastern Conference. On Sunday, Brooklyn committed 17 turnovers and was outscored by ten points during the second half of a 107-103 home loss versus Cleveland.

Brooklyn F Michael Porter Jr. led all scorers with 26 points (5-8 3PT) and five rebounds. Rookie F Danny Wolf scored 23 points to go along with nine rebounds and five assists. Nolan Traore added 17 points for the Nets, who fell to 8-22 at home.

Heat Preview

The Miami Heat have won 18 of their first 29 home games and are 1.5 games out of sixth place in the Eastern Conference standings. The Heat (32-29) rank fifth in the league in defensive efficiency and are giving up 117 points per contest. On Saturday, Miami assisted on 22 of 45 made field goals and shot 50 percent overall during a 115-105 home victory versus Houston.

Bam Adebayo led seven Miami players in double figures with 24 points (9-17 FG) and 11 rebounds. Pelle Larson scored 20 points on 6-for-12 shooting and dished out four assists. Kel’el Ware added 13 points and 15 rebounds in a reserve role for the Heat.
