Bulls Preview

The Tuesday NBA schedule will get underway with a matchup between the Chicago Bulls and the Washington Wizards from Capital One Arena. For other NBA action see our NBA Predictions. The Bulls (29-49) are looking to snap a seven-game losing streak and have been eliminated from postseason contention. On Sunday, Chicago missed 29 of 39 three-point attempts during a 120-110 home loss versus Phoenix.

Tre Jones led five Chicago players in double figures with 29 points (12-20 FG) and six assists. Collin Sexton scored 18 points on 5-for-15 shooting and pulled down nine boards. Leonard Miller added 17 points and ten rebounds for the Bulls, who outrebounded the Suns by a 46-41 margin.

Wizards Preview

The Washington Wizards are in the midst of a six-game losing streak and own the worst record in the NBA. The Wizards (17-61) rank near the bottom of the league in defensive efficiency and are surrendering 124.6 points per contest. On Sunday, Washington trailed by 12 points after one quarter and committed 20 turnovers during a 121-115 road loss against Brooklyn.

Rookie G Will Riley tallied a game-high 30 points (9-12 FT), six assists, and four rebounds in 35 minutes off the Washington bench. Jamir Watkins scored 20 points on 7-for-11 shooting and secured eight boards. Rookie F Julian Reese added 17 points and 16 rebounds for the Wizards, who fell to 6-34 on the road.

Bulls vs Wizards Pick

Chicago G Josh Giddey (hamstring) and F Matas Buzelis (illness) have been officially ruled out of this contest. These two teams rank in the top five in tempo and the bottom seven of the league in defensive efficiency, so the over is worth a look. The stronger play is on the Wizards to earn a rare home victory. Final Score Prediction, Washington Wizards win 125-121.
