Cleveland G Darius Garland converted half of his 12 three-point attempts and finished with a game-high 35 points. Tyrese Proctor scored 16 points on 6-for-15 shooting and pulled down six boards. Nae’Qwan Tomlin scored 15 points in 21 minutes off the bench for the Cavaliers.

Hornets Preview

The Charlotte Hornets have split their previous ten games and are looking to avoid missing the playoffs for a tenth consecutive season. The Hornets (9-19) rank 25th in the league in defensive efficiency and are giving up 118.5 points per contest. On Saturday, Charlotte was outscored by 19 points during the fourth quarter of a 112-86 road loss against Detroit.

Miles Bridges and rookie G Kon Knueppel led Charlotte with 19 points each on an inefficient 11-for-29 shooting effort. Brandon Miller added 14 points and seven rebounds. The Hornets committed 23 turnovers and shot a frigid 31 percent from the field.
