On Sunday, Cleveland outscored Toronto by 19 points in the third quarter to earn a 114-102 home victory.
All-Star G Donovan Mitchell and C Jarrett Allen led six Cleveland players in double figures with 22 points each. Allen also secured 19 rebounds and blocked three shots. All-Star G James Harden chipped in 18 points (11-13 FT) and six boards. Evan Mobley added 13 points and seven rebounds for the Cavaliers.
Pistons Preview
The Detroit Pistons are fresh off their first playoff series victory in nearly 20 years and won 31 of 40 home games during the regular season. The top-seeded Pistons ranked second in the league in defensive efficiency and limited opponents to 109.6 points per contest. On Sunday, Detroit assisted on 30 of 41 made field goals and shot 51 percent overall during a dominant 116-94 home victory versus Orlando.
Former number one overall draft pick Cade Cunningham tallied a team-high 32 points (10-18 FG), ten assists, and two blocks. Detroit F Tobias Harris contributed 30 points on 11-for-18 shooting and grabbed nine rebounds. All-Star C Jalen Duren added 15 points and 15 rebounds for the Pistons. 
Cavaliers vs Pistons Pick
Both teams come into this best-of-seven series without any significant injuries to report. The Cavaliers rank fourth in the playoffs in offensive efficiency and the over is my lean on the total. The Pistons have the best defensive numbers this postseason, but have not surrounded Cunningham with enough capable scorers. Cleveland will win the series, but Detroit will cover in the series opener. Final Score Prediction, Detroit Pistons win 114-105.
