On Tuesday, Dallas missed 19 of 22 three-point attempts and shot 38 percent overall during a 117-90 road loss against Charlotte.

Brandon Williams led five Dallas players in double figures with 18 points (10-11 FT) and four rebounds. P.J. Washington scored 13 points (4-11 FG) in 28 minutes of action. Dwight Powell added 12 points and four boards for the Mavericks, who fell to a dismal 7-21 on the road.

The Orlando Magic have won 18 of their first 29 home games and are a half-game out of sixth place in the Eastern Conference standings. The Magic (32-28) rank 12th in the league in defensive efficiency and are allowing 114.4 points per contest. On Tuesday, Orlando assisted on 33 of 42 made field goals and shot a sizzling 55 percent overall during a 126-109 home victory versus Washington.

Former number one overall draft pick Paolo Banchero tallied a game-high 37 points (15-21 FG), six assists, and five rebounds. Orlando G Desmond Bane scored 25 points on 7-for-10 from the floor. Jalen Suggs added ten points and nine assists for the Magic.
