On Christmas Day, Dallas trailed by 12 points after one quarter and could never recover during a 126-116 road loss against Golden State.

Number one overall draft pick Copper Flagg tallied a game-high 27 points (13-21 FG), six rebounds, and five assists. Brandon Williams scored 26 points on 9-for-12 shooting in 30 minutes off the Dallas bench. P.J. Washington and Naji Marshall added 14 points each for the Mavericks.

Kings Preview

The Sacramento Kings have lost eight of their previous ten games and own the worst record in the Western Conference. The Kings (7-23) rank near the bottom of the league in offensive efficiency and are scoring 112 points per contest. On Tuesday, Sacramento allowed Detroit to shoot 54 percent from the field during a 136-127 home loss.

All-Star G/F DeMar DeRozan led all scorers with 37 points on 12-for-18 shooting and dished out eight assists. Sacramento G Russell Westbrook scored 27 points to go along with six rebounds and four assists. Precious Achiuwa added 15 points and 11 rebounds for the Kings, who fell to 4-10 at home.
