Three-time MVP Nikola Jokic poured in a game-high 40 points (13-15 FT) to go along with nine rebounds and eight assists. Denver G Jamal Murray chipped in 23 points (8-16 FG) and 12 assists. Tim Hardaway Jr. added 17 points and six rebounds off the bench for the Nuggets.

Hornets Preview

The Charlotte Hornets are a game below .500 at home and are trying to snap a nine-year postseason drought. The Hornets (7-16) rank in the bottom third of the league in defensive efficiency and are giving up 118.4 points per contest. On Friday, Charlotte outscored Toronto by 17 points in the second quarter and coasted to a 111-86 road triumph.

Rookie G Kon Knueppel and Tidjane Salaun led six Charlotte players in double figures with 21 points each on a combined 13-for-20 shooting. Miles Bridges contributed 15 points, nine rebounds, and five assists. Rookie C Ryan Kalkbrenner added 12 points and six boards for the Hornets.
