On Friday, Denver assisted on 41 of 55 made field goals and shot a sizzling 57 percent overall during a 157-103 road triumph against Portland.

Three-time MVP Nikola Jokic tallied a game-high 32 points (10-15 FG), nine rebounds, and seven assists. All-Star G Jamal Murray contributed 25 points (6-12 3 PT), six rebounds, and six assists. Julian Strawther added 19 points and six boards for the Nuggets, who knocked down 21-for-41 from the three-point line.

Warriors Preview

The Golden State Warriors have won 18 of their first 29 home games and are floundering in eighth place in the Western Conference standings. The Warriors (29-27) rank 11th in the league in defensive efficiency and are allowing 113.8 points per contest. On Thursday, Golden State was outscored by 19 points during the second quarter of a 121-110 home loss versus Boston.

De’Anthony Melton led seven Golden State players in double figures with 18 points on 7-for-13 shooting. Gui Santos and Will Richard scored 17 points each on a combined 12-for-25 from the field. Draymond Green failed to score a point and finished with a minus 28 rating in just 19 minutes of action.
