The Pistons (45-18) are looking to snap a four-game losing streak and are clinging to a 2.5 game lead over Boston for the top spot in the Eastern Conference. On Sunday, Detroit fell behind by 18 after one quarter and missed 26 of 37 three-point attempts during a 121-110 road loss against Miami.

All-Star G Cade Cunningham led all scorers with 26 points on 9-for-18 shooting and dished out ten assists. All-Star C Jalen Duren scored 24 points on 10-for-12 from the floor and pulled down five boards. Isaiah Stewart added 14 points and six rebounds for the Pistons, who fell to 21-10 on the road.

Nets Preview

The Brooklyn Nets have dropped 22 of their first 31 home games and are an afterthought in the Eastern Conference standings. The Nets (17-47) rank last in the league in offensive efficiency and are averaging a measly 107.2 points per contest. Last night, Brooklyn assisted on 35 of 47 made field goals and shot a sizzling 55 percent overall during a 126-115 home victory versus Memphis.

Day’Ron Sharpe led six Brooklyn players in double figures with 19 points (8-11 FG) and five rebounds. Ochai Agbaji scored 18 points on 8-for-9 shooting in just 22 minutes off the bench. Nolan Traore added 17 points and four assists for the Nets, who connected on 17-for-33 from long distance.
