Brandon Miller has carried much of the scoring responsibility, averaging 24.5 points despite shooting 37.3% from the field. Naz Reid adds 16.2 points and 9.2 rebounds, while Dennis Schroder supplies 5.3 assists. Charlotte needs more than occasional scoring runs to trouble Detroit.
The Hornets have some size around the basket, particularly with Moussa Diabate averaging 9.8 rebounds. Charlotte collects 48.7 rebounds per game, which could help limit Detroit's second chances. Still, the Hornets allow 106.4 points per contest and haven't found enough answers during this losing stretch. Their own shooting remains a problem at 39% from the field.
