Last night, Los Angeles assisted on 30 of 46 made field goals and shot a scorching 61 percent overall during a 124-116 road victory against Houston.

All-Star G Luka Doncic poured in a game-high 40 points (7-17 3PT) to go along with ten assists and nine rebounds. Four-time MVP LeBron James contributed 30 points on a 13-for-14 shooting performance and pulled down five boards. Deandre Ayton added 16 points and three blocks for the Lakers, who improved to 21-13 on the road.

Heat Preview

The Miami Heat have won 23 of their first 35 home games and trail Orlando by a half-game for sixth place in the Eastern Conference standings. The Heat (38-31) rank fourth in the league in defensive efficiency and are giving up 116.9 points per contest. On Tuesday, Miami was outscored by 22 points over the final 12 minutes of a 136-106 road loss against Charlotte.

Miami G Tyler Herro tallied a team-high 20 points (9-9 FT), eight rebounds, and five assists. All-Star G Norman Powell scored 17 points on 7-for-17 shooting and pulled down six boards. Keshad Johnson added 15 points (3-9 3PT) and five rebounds off the Heat bench.
