On Saturday, Miami trailed by 17 points at halftime and missed 22 of 31 three-point attempts during a 127-111 home loss versus Sacramento.

Jaime Jaquez Jr. led five Miami players in double figures with 27 points (9-15 FG) to go along with six rebounds and six assists. Simone Fontecchio added 20 points and seven rebounds in 26 minutes off the bench. Norman Powell scored 18 points for the Heat, who fell to 10-3 at home.

The Orlando Magic have won nine of their first 13 home games and are tied with Miami for fifth place in the Eastern Conference standings. The Magic (14-10) rank fifth in the league in defensive efficiency and are allowing 113.6 points per game. On Sunday, Orlando shot an ice cold 38 percent from the field during a 106-100 road loss against New York.

Orlando G Jalen Suggs tallied a team-high 17 points (1-6 3 PT) and four assists. All-Star F Paolo Banchero and G Desmond Bane scored 16 points each on a combined 11-for-26 shooting. Anthony Black added 14 points and 11 rebounds in 30 minutes off the Magic bench.
