Veteran F Bobby Portis tallied a team-high 24 points (9-16 FG), 12 rebounds, and two blocks in 36 minutes off the Milwaukee bench. Kevin Porter Jr. added 22 points (7-18 FG) and 13 assists for the Bucks, who knocked down 15-for-37 from long distance.

Timberwolves Preview

The Minnesota Timberwolves have won ten of their first 15 home games and are tied with Houston for fifth place in the Western Conference standings. The Timberwolves (18-10) rank eighth in the league in offensive efficiency and are averaging a shade below 120 points per contest. On Friday, Minnesota made the plays down the stretch to earn a 112-107 home victory versus NBA Champion Oklahoma City.

All-Star G Anthony Edwards led six Minnesota players in double figures with 26 points (9-20 FG) and 12 rebounds. Julius Randle added 19 points, eight boards, and five assists. Naz Reid and Donte DiVincenzo scored 15 points each for the Timberwolves, who converted 33 of 47 free-throw attempts.
