Minnesota F Julius Randle matched a game-high with 30 points on 12-for-19 shooting and grabbed seven rebounds. Naz Reid scored 18 points (7-13 FG) in 22 minutes off the bench. Rudy Gobert added 14 points and 15 rebounds for the Timberwolves, who shot 54 percent from the field.

Nets Preview

The Brooklyn Nets feature the youngest roster in the league and are trying to learn winning habits for second-year head coach Jordi Fernandez. The Nets (0-6) rank last in the league in defensive efficiency and are surrendering 128 points per contest. Last night, Brooklyn trailed by 18 points at halftime during a 129-105 home loss versus Philadelphia.

Cam Thomas led five Brooklyn players in double figures with 29 points on 9-for-19 shooting. Nic Claxton added 19 points, seven rebounds, five assists, and three blocks. Terance Mann and Michael Porter Jr. scored 17 points apiece for the Nets, who missed 31 of 38 three-point attempts.
