In the first game of a Tuesday night NBA on Peacock doubleheader, the New York Knicks will battle the Milwaukee Bucks from Fiserv Forum. For other NBA action see our NBA Predictions. The Knicks (2-1) have a fresh start under the leadership of head coach Mike Brown and have a legitimate shot to win their first NBA Championship since 1973. On Sunday, New York missed 39 of 54 three-point attempts during a 115-107 road loss against Miami.

All-Star G Jalen Brunson led all scorers with 37 points on 14-for-26 shooting and dished out seven assists. New York G Mikal Bridges scored 20 points on 7-for-11 from the floor and pulled down five boards. All-Star F/C Karl-Anthony Towns added 15 points and 18 rebounds for the Knicks.

Bucks Preview

The Milwaukee Bucks have reached the postseason in nine straight years and are trying to construct a championship roster around two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo. The Bucks (2-1) rank eighth in the league in offensive efficiency and are scoring 122.7 points per contest. On Sunday, Milwaukee was unable to make the plays down the stretch of a 118-113 road loss against Cleveland.

Giannis Antetokounmpo did his best to carry Milwaukee with 40 points (14-20 FG), 14 rebounds, and nine assists. A.J. Green nailed 4-for-7 from long distance and finished with 20 points. Ryan Rollins added 14 points and eight assists for the Bucks, who shot 51 percent from the field.
