Game Five of the NBA Finals will take place on Saturday night, when the New York Knicks square off against the San Antonio Spurs from the Frost Bank Center. In Game Four, New York stormed back from a 29-point second-half deficit to earn a 107-106 home victory.

All-Star G Jalen Brunson tallied a game-high 36 points (12-25 FG), seven assists, and five rebounds. New York F OG Anunoby scored the game-winning tip-in with 1.9 seconds remaining and finished with 33 points. All-Star F/C Karl-Anthony Towns added 13 points and ten rebounds for the Knicks.

Spurs Preview

The San Antonio Spurs have won just six of their 11 home playoff games and are looking to become the second team to ever rally from a 3-1 deficit in the NBA Finals. The Spurs (1-3) rank second behind the Knicks in defensive efficiency this postseason and have held their opponents under 100 points in all six home playoff wins. During Wednesday’s road loss, San Antonio missed 14 of 17 three-point attempts in the second half and managed just 30 points.

Former number one overall draft pick Victor Wembanyama led five San Antonio players in double figures with 24 points (9-25 FG) and 13 rebounds. Rookie G Dylan Harper scored 21 points on 8-for-12 shooting in 32 minutes off the bench. De’Aaron Fox added 18 points and seven assists for the Spurs.
