The Knicks (41-25) are a game above .500 on the road and are clinging to a half-game lead over Cleveland for third place in the Eastern Conference standings. On Monday, New York committed 20 turnovers that led to 24 points during a 126-118 road loss against LA.

All-Star F/C Karl-Anthony Towns poured in a game-high 35 points (13-17 FG), 12 rebounds, and seven assists. All-Star G Jalen Brunson scored 28 points on 12-for-23 shooting and dished out eight assists. OG Anunoby added 22 points and six boards for the Knicks, who shot 51 percent from the field.

Jazz Preview

The Utah Jazz have dropped eight of their previous ten games and own the second worst record in the Western Conference. The Jazz (20-45) rank last in the league in defensive efficiency and are surrendering a shade below 125 points per contest. On Monday, Utah assisted on 29 of 40 made field goals and shot 48 percent overall during a 119-115 home victory versus Golden State.

Brice Sensabaugh led a balanced Utah scoring attack with 21 points on 7-for-13 shooting. Kyle Filipkowski contributed 19 points (6-6 FT), 15 rebounds, and five assists. Elijah Harkless added 16 points (7-8 FT) and six assists in 24 minutes off the Jazz bench.
