On Wednesday, Portland assisted on 29 of 48 made field goals and shot 51 percent overall during a 122-114 road victory against Memphis.

Portland G Jrue Holiday taillied a game-high 35 points (8-11 3PT), 11 assists, and five rebounds. Versatile F Jerami Grant contributed 30 points (11-19 FG) and nine rebounds. Robert Williams III added 20 points (9-12 FG) and 11 rebounds in a reserve role for the Trail Blazers.

Rockets Preview

The Houston Rockets have won 20 of their first 28 home games and are a half-game out of third place in the Western Conference standings. The Rockets (38-23) rank fifth in the league in defensive efficiency and are allowing a shade below 110 points per contest. Last night, Houston committed 17 turnovers during a 115-113 overtime loss versus Golden State.

Reed Sheppard led all scorers with 30 points on 12-for-19 shooting and dished out six assists 37 minutes off the bench. All-Star F Kevin Durant scored 23 points (8-16 FG) to go along with six rebounds and four steals. Amen Thompson added 18 points, ten rebounds, and five assists for the Rockets.
