On Saturday, San Antonio assisted on 32 of 52 made field goals and shot a sizzling 55 percent overall during a 139-122 home victory versus lowly Sacramento.

All-Star F/C Victor Wembanyama tallied a game-high 28 points (11-20 FG), 15 rebounds, six assists, and four blocks. De’Aaron Fox and Keldon Johnson scored 18 points each on a combined 13-for-23 shooting effort. Rookie G Dylan Harper added 12 points, five rebounds, and five assists for the Spurs.

Pistons Preview

The Detroit Pistons have won 21 of their first 27 home games and own the best overall record in the NBA. The Pistons (42-13) rank second in the league in defensive efficiency and are limiting opponents to 109.3 points per contest. On Saturday, Detroit outscored Chicago by 18 points during the third quarter to pull away for a 126-110 road victory.

All-Star C Jalen Duren led five Detroit players in double figures with 26 points (12-20 FG) and 13 rebounds. MVP candidate Cade Cunningham contributed 18 points (7-16 FG), 13 assists, and three blocks. Veteran F Tobias Harris added 18 points, six boards, and four steals for the Pistons.
